In the next couple of weeks I will be releasing a simple documentation on developing E-Blah forum templates. I am documenting the CSS template currently and am updating the comments some each day. I will also begin to document the HTML template.


PM me if you would like me to make a custom theme or have any specific questions regarding a theme.  
I do E-blah worry free forum installations for $10 and upgrades for $20.
