It should work fine as long as you have the .NET 3.5 Framework installed. You will need at least Windows XP to install the .NET 3.5 Framework.  If you are running an older operating system such as Windows 2000 or Windows 98, I can see if it is possible to build the program for the .NET 2.0 Framework.  Just pm me to let me know if you would like that.  Please let me know of any bugs major and minor that you come across.  Thank you very much.  

Note: The help file "help.txt" must be copied to the same directory as the program. Otherwise an exception will be caused when the user tries to view the help file from within the program. I forgot to write an exception handler for that. I know that Beta 1 has a lot of bugs. I am working to fix them. I apologize for the inconvenience. The most commonly reported bug  has been trying to copy and paste text into the theme wizard window. I have fixed that bug.  I'm also working on making a better more intuitive interface.
